Be ready when you are needed.
EFR (Emergency First Response) is a practical first aid training where you learn to act calmly and clearly when it matters most. The course is not just about “listening to a lecture”, but doing it yourself: practicing the right operating models, going through typical everyday emergencies and making sure that the skills feel like your own.
The training is suitable for individuals, companies and groups – whether you are looking for certainty in everyday life, developing the capabilities of your work community or a common, useful training day for a group.
The course progresses flexibly:
Self-paced e-learning provides a foundation when it suits you, culminating in a practical training day where we review and practice the most important skills from the course together hands-on. The goal is simple: you go home more knowledgeable, more confident and ready to help.

-
A joint training day – we practice the most important skills in practice and ensure that the skills really feel secure
