If we do not accept your order, make changes to it, or cancel it, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of order.

Returns or exchanges are only possible in accordance with our Return Policy.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or other events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the products over to the carrier.
