Delivery Policy

We deliver online store orders within Finland. Available delivery methods, prices and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before payment.

In-stock items: typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order / pre-order items: delivery may take longer (estimate shown on the product page or in the order confirmation).

Courses and digital services: delivered electronically after purchase (confirmation + instructions; course activities follow the separate schedule and guidance described for each course).
